Our Beginnings in Averill Park, NY
In 1997, with fourteen years of experience in the industry, we saw the need for a company focused on service for pool and spa owners. We began by offering pool openings, pool closings, liner replacements, safety cover installations, and pool equipment service. Our dedication to our clients’ satisfaction has helped us grow. In 2007, with the encouragement of our client’s we opened our pool store. The store represents an extension of the principles that we have grown with. We have carefully chosen products that will enable us to make your pool or spa ownership easier and more enjoyable. A continuing emphasis on education has kept us up to date on all the new products and equipment. Listening to our customers has helped us customize maintenance and chemical programs for them. Our broad product knowledge lets us find the unique solutions each client’s needs. We have been awarded several Service Company of Excellence Awards by the Northeast Spa and Pool Association, an affiliate of the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance. When we opened our store, we knew there was a need for a pool installer whose focus was on quality, value, and the concerns and needs of the new pool owner. Having been responsible for four building crews for a major area vinyl liner pool builder, we knew the focus that would be needed – and decided not to offer installations when we opened our store in 2007. We took that time to choose the in-ground pool that we wanted to offer. Our search led us to quality composite fiberglass pools. With only a few quality manufacturers to choose from we networked with many of our contacts in the industry before we made our decision. We are excited to have been offering the installation of Explore Industries’ Leisure Pools fiberglass pools and in-ground spas since 2014.
